In the third episode of the Dream Cars series on my channel, I get behind the wheel of the uber luxurious Mercedes-Maybach S560 sedan. This is the facelifted version of the W222 generation of the Maybach S-Class (sold between 2016 and 2022). This sedan promised the elegance and opulence of brands such as Rolls Royce and Bentley at a considerably lower price point. That said it wasn’t cheap, with a price tag of over Rs 2 crore (ex-showroom). Did it live up to the Maybach’s of old and what is it like to drive it and be driven in it on India roads?
